Claudia Van Harn

Relocating to The Woodlands in 2009, Claudia is intimately familiar with the master planned community and understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, with its master planned community, culture, and diversity. She helps clients find their perfect home by providing extensive market knowledge and real estate experience to help each individual make the best-informed decision and guide them through a seamless experience.  

Claudia’s real estate journey began in 2014 as her two children approached their school years. Originally from Colombia, she graduated with an Engineering degree and pursued her passion for business and marketing to obtain her MBA from The University of Queensland in Australia. After marrying Justin in June 2009 and relocating to The Woodlands, Claudia welcomed her daughter, Isabella, in 2010, followed by her son, Joshua, in 2012. During this time, she partnered with her husband to help build Happy Air, a now well-known heating and air conditioning company serving The Woodlands community. Claudia played a pivotal role in the company’s success by leading business development and marketing efforts while balancing the demands of motherhood and her own professional aspirations.  

Claudia has become an esteemed leader in the community; she is highly regarded by her clients and well-connected with professionals in the field to assist her clients’ selling and buying needs. A current Woodlands resident, she is actively involved in the community and leverages her contacts along with the Kink Team vendor contact lists to enhance her clients’ experience.  

Beyond her professional achievements, Claudia has a passion for dancing to salsa music, exploring new travel destinations, savoring great food, and sharing meaningful moments with friends and family. These personal passions contribute to her warm and approachable demeanor, making her not only a skilled real estate professional but also a joy to work with.
